The fruit for the SantoWines Kameni 2017 vintage was sun-dried for 2 days. It is aged in 24 months in medium toast French oak barrels. The wine is a deep red ruby color with brown shades. Aromas of matura small red fruits, tomato marmalade on a vanilla and black pepper background. Full body, softened tanins and long after taste. Founded in 1947, SantoWines is now the largest organisation on the island representing all the cultivators with over 1,200 active members.
