Bannockburn’s Serre (French word – tightly packed) showcases Pinot Noir grapes grown at their Serre Vineyard. They use a method of narrow rows, close-planting, and low trellising to replicated the tough vineyard conditions of Grand Cru Burgundy. This Pinot Noir is a beautifully bright red colour. It boasts a vibrant nose of complex spices and lively red fruits. The whole bunch fermentation creates structure and transparency.
