Parker Coonawarra Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is made from fruit sourced from several parcels throughout Coonawarra. Majority comes from southern Coonawarra, including parcels form their estate ‘Abbey’ vineyard and also their viticulturist Brett Williams’ vineyard. Completing the blend is fruit from Tim Kidman’s property in northern Coonawarra. This wine is deep red with purple hues in colour. The nose is rich with aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry with hints of spice and soft vanilla. It has a medium bodied palate with dark fruits of blackberry and cherry. Soft, fine tannins, chocolate and cedar, a slight earthiness and toasty hints move through to a persistent finish.
