Craiglee Shiraz JADV (Just A Dash of Viognier) is produced from entirely Estate grown fruit and made on site by winemaker, Pat Carmody. Luminous deep purple/crimson colour. Floral – mixed spices, dark cherry and blackberry; whisper of iodine and juniper. Palate is turbo-charged. Cloves, pepper, dark fruits, iron. Fresh, slinky, grown-up wine with density, chew and generous deliciousness.
