This vintage shows the vineyard’s full potential: aromas of spiced peach, citrus blossom, mandarin and subtle honey are wrapped in a satiny, structured frame. Fermentation takes place in 350-litre oak barrels, with no batonnage or filtration, and only minimal sulphur at bottling.
