Product Description: The first vintage of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey’s Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Boudriotte introduces a new expression of his red winemaking. Sourced from a parcel in Boudriotte and another in Fairendes with older vines, the fruit is partly vinified with whole bunches layered into the vat. The result is a wine of definition and promise, combining bright fruit with structure. The 2023 release is firmly built yet retains clarity. Gentle handling and restrained oak frame a Pinot Noir that will benefit from cellaring, showing both immediacy of fruit and the backbone to develop with time.
