The Frogmore Creek Sparkling Cuvee 2021 is a traditional-method Tasmanian sparkling crafted from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grown in the Coal River Valley. The 2021 season brought cool flowering conditions and a mild summer, producing small, concentrated berries that delivered exceptional flavour depth and natural acidity. Made from whole-bunch–pressed fruit, the free-run juice was selected for its purity before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. The blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 5% Chardonnay was aged on lees to build texture and complexity while retaining a clean, mineral backbone. With less than 2 grams of residual sugar, this vintage Cuvee sits firmly in the dry style, showing balance, finesse and persistence.
