Product Description: The 2024 Jasper Hill Georgia’s Paddock Shiraz is a powerful yet finely controlled expression of Heathcote Shiraz, drawn from one of Australia’s most respected single vineyards. Grown on ancient Cambrian soils, this wine reflects both the natural concentration of the site and Jasper Hill’s minimal-intervention philosophy. In the glass, it shows a deep crimson core with purple hues, signaling intensity without excess. Aromatically, the wine opens with dark cherry, blackberry and plum, lifted by violet florals and subtle pepper spice. Beneath the fruit lies a complex savoury layer of ironstone, graphite, earth and gentle char, giving the wine depth and regional definition. The palate is richly fruited yet tightly structured, carried by fresh acidity and fine but assertive tannins.
