Working with artisans who farm sustainably and work in harmony with nature, Applewood are telling the story of the history of Australia and the indigineous custodians of the land in a delicious, interesting and innovative way. Applewood Coral Gin is a limited release expression inspired by the Great Barrier Reef and it’s tropical surrounds, with a portion of all profits going towards projects that assist in the restoration of the reef. Baby pink in colour this delicious gin is made from sweet native strawberry gum with spicy riberries and salty karkalla – a coastal succulent that adds a hit of salinity. Each bottle is hand-sealed with a one-of-a-kind pearlescent pink wax. Serving suggestions include a G&T, garnished with pink peppercorns and vanilla bean, or combine it with pineapple juice, cream and soda to make a Coral Gin fizz.
