Belvedere’s production is regulated by the Polska Vodka legal regulation, one of the strictest in the world. As the appellation dictates, all production must take place on Polish soil, the spirit must be made of either grain or potato, and nothing else can be added. Belvedere is created by a collective – a family of employees who distill Belvedere in its hometown of Zyrardów in Poland. Belvedere only sources its Polska rye locally, which is 100% organic. They work closely with eight agricultural partners allowing 100% traceability of the grains. It also started the Raw Spirit Program, launched in partnership with the Technical University of Lodz, to promote the sustainable growth of Polska rye. Cocktail Recipe Belvedere Martini: ​ 60 ml / 2 oz Belvedere Vodka​ 7.5 ml / 0.25 oz Dry Vermouth​ Add all ingredients to a mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir for 15/20 seconds to chill and dilute.
