Cenote Añejo Tequila is made from 100% agave. The tequila ages in American oak barrels for over a year before bottling. Cenote [si-nō-tē] is a deep sinkhole in limestone which contains natural reservoirs of water, typically found in the Yucatán. This is straight up delicious; vanilla & sweet spice upfront with a hint of baked agave, but what really separates this from the competition is the intense smoky flavour on the finish.
