Tommy’s Margarita is slightly different from your traditional margarita but it’s as simple as ice cold tequila, lime, and agave in a perfectly chilled glass. It was crafted in the 1980s at Tommy’s Mexican restaurant in San Fransisco which was established in 1965! The team at Curatif chose to make a Tommy’s as it symbolises all they stand for – world class cocktails with world class ingredients. For this pre-mixed cocktail they chose Tequila Tromba as their based spirit which is produced by Marco Cedano (formerly a master distiller at Don Julio) out of Jalisco Mexico. This Margarita is a drink that shears through the divide of classic cocktails and modern drinking, it is neither pretentious nor facile, it is – put simply – a Curatif.
