Description
Hailing from Adelaide Hills, Das Juice SSSB 2019 is produced using 60% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Savagin. The grapes are crushed, left for a few days on skins to build phenolics then pressed to tank for a slow ferment. They are kept in tank on full lees for 6 months. They are racked twice before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. Das Juice was a project born of necessity, having noticed many of you who needed well-made, well-farmed wines at a sharper price point. After 3 vintages and much trial and error they have finally managed to put together their full range of Das Juice wines. All wines are farmed from organic and biodynamic vineyards across South Australia.
