Located in Bas-Armagnac, Delord’s vineyards are composed of Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grape varieties. This distillery is located in the village of Lannepax, the ancestral home of the Delord family. The distillation period for their Armagnacs occurs at the beginning of November through to the end of December. Delord Bas Armagnac 1981 vintage has aromas of cocoa, stewed quince and fig, and vanilla. The palate has warming flavours of toasted coffee, cocoa with notes of liquorice. Complex with a long finish.
