Denton WTF Yarra Pinot Noir 2020 is a smashing success. Simon Denton produced this wine using from from the cooler northeastern slope of Denton View Hill. It was fermented using indigenous yeasts in open-topped fermenters, and left on skins for ten days prior to pressing and maturation in old French oak and stainless steel for five months. Delicately perfumed, with fresh, bright fruit and a crisp, clean acid line.
