Product Description: Domaine de la Romanee-Conti La Tache Grand Cru 2022 is a profoundly expressive Pinot Noir from the Cote de Nuits, grown exclusively in the Domaine’s monopole vineyard in Vosne-Romanee. The 2022 vintage presented climatic extremes, yet careful viticulture and low yields of around 37.6 hl/ha produced grapes of remarkable concentration and balance. Vinified with traditional Burgundian precision and matured in selected French oak, the wine delivers density and richness while retaining the elegance and transparency typical of DRC. Muscular yet graceful, it shows a sculptural restraint, underpinned by mineral complexity, subtle spice, and a poised acidity that promises decades of evolution. Harvested by hand in early September, the fruit was sorted meticulously to ensure only the finest berries were used.
