Description
Dr. Edge South Chardonnay 2019 vintage is from the Derwent Valley of Tasmania. The fruit was whole bunch pressed into old oak casks for a natural fermentation process. There it was for 9 months untouched. This wine displays citrus fruit and green apple characteristics. Lean but full of flavour. Similar to the Pinot Noir musings but with the white classic.
