Edan Wines Rose 2020 vintage has been barrel fermented in neutral oak, then racked post fermentation, followed bu a return to oak with an addition of Chardonnay lees to provide some texture. This wine is handle bottles and labelled unfiltered. It is dry, crisp, and textured with a long and slightly saline finish.
