Good Intentions Loubadie Doo Rose 2019 vintage walks the line between rose and a light red. It is funky, light, juicy wine produced on the outskirts of Mt Gambier in South Australia. The Pinot Noir is direct pressed from their vineyards. Open fermented in stainless and locked down on full lees for 8 months for extra texture and body. Bottled and rested for an additional 6 months to open up and evolve. Fruit forward but not sweet.
