With all the marrying and vatting done in timber cask, this non-chill filtered 15 year old whisky provides enhanced flavour profiles. Aged in premium American Oak, the Hellyers Road 15 Year Old Single Malt Whisky has a calming softness blended with citrus and vanilla tones. No added colouring shows through in the natural golden tones from the maturation. This Tasmanian whisky is a burnished copper colour. The nose has aromas of citrus and the palate is a velvety wave of vanilla, followed by a slow, toasty, mellow aftertaste.
