This six-pack of 2023 Henschke Bursaria Pinot Noir is a rare release from the family’s Lenswood vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Grown on restored vines following the 2019 Cudlee Creek fire, it reflects both the resilience of the site and the precision of the vintage. With lifted aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, thyme and rose petal, the wine moves across the palate with silken texture and a core of bright red fruit. Matured for 18 months in seasoned French oak, it’s detailed, fine and quietly persistent. Ideal for cellaring or opening across the seasons. Tasting Notes NOSE – Red fruit and herb Wild strawberry, cranberry and cherry with rose petal, dried thyme and a hint of forest floor. PALATE – Silken and detailed Blood plum, raspberry and morello cherry glide across a fine-boned structure with lively acidity.
