Named after Julius Henschke, a fourth-generation member of the family, this wine continues a lineage that celebrates both site expression and continuity of craft. The 2025 season was shaped by a mild, dry summer and an extended ripening period, allowing the Riesling to achieve ideal flavour concentration while retaining natural freshness. Hand-harvested fruit was gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, with the aim of preserving aromatics and clarity.
