A super spicy whiskey from High West distillery ‚Äì the world’s only ski-in gastro-distillery! This expression contains a blend of rye whiskies, one sourced, and the other distilled at the High West Distillery. The younger sourced whiskey was distilled in column stills, offering a raw rye quality, whilst the older spirit (aged 7 years) was produced in a pot still, and adds richness and balance.
