The Hitachino Nest Yuzu Lager in light in colour and is bottom fermented. Brewed using Chinook, Cascade, Saaz, and Nelson Sauvin hops it has a well balanced taste of malt and light flavour of hops. The Hitachino Nest Beer range is brewed the Kiuchi Brewing who have been operating there since 1823 producing Japanese Sake.
