John Walker & Sons King George V – Royal Warrant 80th Anniversary is presented in a stunning decanter and packaging. On the nose is spicy and rich with hints of vanilla, brandy butter, and Christmas pudding. It is also slightly nutty with notes of ground almond and blossom. The palate is fruity, creamy on entry. Creamy notes of caramel, manuka honey and a hint of very refined wood smoke. Allspice and nutmeg develop. Finally a nutty finish with a surge of salt caramel and biscuity malt. A limited edition presentation of John Walker & Son’s King George V blended Scotch whisky, released in celebration of the 80th anniversary of their Royal Warrant!
