Roughly translating to ‘The beauty of the seasons’, this is a gin inspired by tradition and location. Made in the traditional dry style, the gin has a distinct Japanese twist – using a base of rice spirit, and fascinating Japanese botanicals including bamboo and hinoki wood. The gin is diluted with water from the famous Sake-making region of Fushimi.
