Distilled on the windswept shore of Islay in 2016, this luminous dram is the limited release 2021 Edition Madeira Cask matured whisky from Kilchoman, Islay’s farm distillery. Aged for a little over five years in 46 fresh Madeira hogsheads, this youthful whisky has complexity beyond its years. Founded in 2005, Kilchoman brings a refreshing take on the traditional Islay style with rounded creamy and zesty citrus notes that are superbly developed in the Madeira fortified wine casks.
