L.A.S. Vino Wilyabrup Chardonnay 2020 is 100% Gin Gin Chardonnay from Wilyabrup, Margaret River. Gravelly loam soils, 30 year old vines. Handpicked, chilled, hand-sorted, whole-bunch pressed to barrel and naturally fermented in five barrels of french oak. The natural fermentation took over 12 months to complete and was in a constant state of flux. Full malolactic with regular lees stirring. Bottled with no fining and a light filtration. Vegan friendly.
