le timbre is made in a small shed surrounded by an acre of vines in Keilor, Melbourne, Australia. They currently work with growers practicing a variety of farming methods. Everything else is done on-site by hand with the help of friends and family. The FleurTropicale 2020 vintage is a blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir from Macedon. The wine is fermented and ages in French oak for 10 months before bottling. Racked by gravity and bottled in Feb 2021 with no additions except for a dusting of sulphur (30ppm). Unfined and unfiltered as always. In the summer months serve slightly chilled.
