Louis Roederer Cristal was first produced in 1876 for Alexander II of Russia. Fearing an explosive could be hidden in the bottle, Alexander demanded a clear glass bottle and Cristal was born. Cristal is prized for its elegance and finesse and the 1996 vintage release is no exception; Richly perfumed, with hints of gingerbread, wild flowers & baked apples on the palate.
