The Never Never Distilling Co. team have created this gin to really hero the juniper flavour by treating it in three different ways. Partially steeped for 24 hours, partially put fresh in the pot at beginning of distillation and partially in the vapour basket. To counter balance the intensity of the juniper, there is a bouquet of botanicals. There is a depth of flavour that it full, length and luxurious.
