Nick Spencer Tumbarumba Chardonnay 2019 vintage is a richer, full bodied style, chardonnay. With this, it pairs well with creamy pasta dishes, oysters, or a roast chicken. The fruit for this wine is grown on the Maragle vineyard in the southern corner of Tumbarumba. Green melon and lime, small amount of struck match, cinnamon and honey oatmeal, some floral perfume. It’s silky then goes all nice and flinty, almond cream and spice, good cut of juicy lime acidity, long finish of gentle grip and precision. All just so.
