A contemporary range of wines, Plus & Minus has been developed to be richer in antioxidants, without the alcohol. Their zero alcohol wines have been hand crafted without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract during the winemaking process. The fruit for this sparking wine has been sourced from vineyards in South Australia. This zero alcohol wine has a bright nose with aromas of apple and citrus with a sweet fruit lift. Beautiful bubbles on the palate with an effervescent drive providing a good mouthfeel. Cleansing acid finish with nicely weighted sweet fruit. An excellent addition to any celebration!
