These hogsheads are old Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain. This maturation process brings to life rich and nutty nuances giving a truly satisfying and deep single malt. There are flavours of log-fire smoke from a country pub, dried pineapple, clove spice, sea salt, sweet vanilla, and Christmas cake.
