Spring Bay whiskies are hand crafted by the sea on the East Coast of Tasmania. They are produced using on the finest ingredients including locally sourced rain water and premium Tasmanian barley. The barrels are exposed to seas mist from the nearby Spring Bay. This Bourbon Cask whisky from Spring Bay has aromas of vanilla and creme brulee with herbaceous and fruit undertones. A bright and sweet opening on the palate moving to a rich, clean alcohol-driven crescendo culminating in a big, comforting and warm glow of spicy tannin hints and peach flesh.
