They’ve made this single malt using whisky drawn from the eight varieties of cask used by Starward over the years, including red wine, fortified wine and more. On the nose of the Starward 10th Anniversary Edition Single Malt Whisky is bitter orange, Black Forest Gateau, cinder toffee, and stewed plum. The platte is of black pepper, clove, dark chocolate, honey, sultana, and more plum. It has a beautiful finish of lemon, malt, strawberry & raspberry jam.
