Starward Distillery have teamed up with iconic Barossa wine producers Yalumba to create an epic rendition of Starward’s classic red wine barrel whisky style. This juicy single malt has been aged exclusively in barrels that formerly held in Yalumba’s “The Octavius” Shiraz. Known for its smaller 100L cask maturation, these former Octave Barrels allowed Starward to create a dram with a depth of flavour that we have never seen before.
