Süd Polaire Sæfron Gin is produced with saffron threads handpicked from Tasmanian crocus fields producing delicate flora aromatics, royal golden colour, and layers of silken flavour. This produced in micro batched of less than 1,000 bottles and each bottle individually numbered. Smooth and triple distilled with 10 organic botanicals. It is balanced with pristine Tasmanian rainwater swept across a vast expanse of Southern Ocean from Antarctica.
