Distilled in 2008 and matured for over 12 years in a second-fill 300L American oak cask seasoned with Australian tawny, this whisky is a deep dive into the characterful influence of fortified wine on refined malt spirit. Second-fill American oak brings subtlety and nuance, allowing the tawny’s residual sweetness and spice to merge seamlessly with the spirit’s native complexity.
