Distilled in December 1999 and bottled in June 2018, this 18-year-old single malt spent its entire maturation in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask. Only 208 bottles were drawn, each hand-numbered—a snapshot of Tasmanian whisky at its most refined. This long-aged release reflects the unique alchemy of place, time, and patience. Tasmania’s cool maritime climate tempers the oak influence, allowing the whisky to retain its vibrancy while developing profound complexity.
