Just 215 bottles were produced, each one a unique expression of Tasmania’s slow, meticulous whisky craft. Over nearly two decades, Tasmania’s cool maritime air coaxed deep character from the cask, resulting in a whisky of richness and restraint. Vanilla, caramel, and baked stone fruit define the core profile, underpinned by mature oak spice and a supple, textural mouthfeel.
