Sullivans Cove Double Cask Single Malt Whisky is the winner of Best Australian Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2018, always non-chill filtered and additive free. This single malt whisky is aged in a combination of French and American oak casks, every tiny batch expressing the unique characteristics of both styles. With incredible complexity and length, Double Cask has a rich palate of sweet malt, dried apricots, honey and freshly baked bread. The nose on this whisky is of vanilla, soft malt and orchard fruits. The palate boasts hints of honey, boiled lollies and buttered scones. It finishes with mild spices and soft oak with lingering creamy sweetness. Batch Number DC100.
