Never influenced by bourbon or sherry, these barrels exist solely within the distillery’s ecosystem, showcasing the purest expression of Tasmania’s most iconic single malt. With its long maturation and restrained oak influence, TD0064 allows the spirit’s core character—bright fruit, soft florals, and a gentle earthiness—to shine through. It’s an exceptional display of what time and patience can unlock: layers of citrus, tropical fruit, biscuit and spice, all tethered by a graceful tannic structure and textural depth. Only a handful of casks ever reach this age under Sullivans Cove’s eye, and fewer still make it into the Old & Rare collection.
