The Tenuta San Guido Sasscaia di Grappa is made of the cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc pomace from Tenuta San Guido. Aged for four years in French barrique before being diluted with distilled water, chilled and then filtered, this grappa displays both fruit and herb aromas characteristic of the two cabernet varieties with hints of mellowing toast and vanilla from the oak.
