Description
This gin was produced as a partnership between lifestyle publication HerCanberra and The Canberra Distillery. Local tea-master Mikhaila Pennell also offered her expertise, helping to create a gin rich in Earl Grey flavours. When tonic or citrus is added, the spirit miraculously changes colour, becoming pink.
