Aged in traditional dunnage warehouses under exacting conditions, this Highland single malt reflects a deep mastery of long-term maturation. Hand-selected by Master Blender Rachel Barrie at the height of their expression, the casks offer extraordinary concentration and layered depth. The whisky opens with dark fruit and patisserie aromas, before unfolding across the palate with compote, chocolate, and finely integrated spice.
