Inspired by a coming together of colour expertise and whisky making mastery and insight, this single malt celebrates both The Macallan’s commitment to natural colour and the intricate whisky making process. The resulting whisky is a sunlight barley colour. The nose has aromas of toffee and vanilla with hints of lemon basil, ginger, pear, oak, and nutmeg. The palate is sweet and fresh with caramel flowing to ripe pear and poached peaches. Followed by a toffee sweetness with light oak spices of ginger and nutmeg in the background.
