Tim Adams Cabernet Malbec is made from grapes grown entirely in the Clare Valley of South Australia, from a variety of vineyards in the region, who continue a long tradition of Clare Valley winemaking, celebrating the union of varieties that work harmoniously together. Tim Adams has created a full-bodied wine with vibrant blackcurrant and violet aromas and flavours, balanced with generous firm tannins and subtle oak. It will continue to improve for at least a decade when cellared with care and makes a great match to lamb and other red meat dishes. With time, this wine may deposit a crust and so should be decanted accordingly.
