Some of the best examples of a modern Fiano still come from Campania, but they are produced with an ancient and more unique style. Whilst our friends at Unico Zelo are no strangers to skin-contact wines, they do not make a more dogmatic orange wine than Dreamers Creed. From their Birdwood vineyard, they skin ferment this funky drop in their locally crafted clay pots. There are no additions, including bottling with zero sulphur, therefore taking nothing away from the style from which it was inspired. The glass screams of walnut and burnt orange ready for your Old Fashioned with a phenolic structure of dusty tannins that ties this thing together.
