A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with dashes of Malbec and Petit Verdot, it’s built for earlier enjoyment but doesn’t skimp on complexity. Wild fermented and matured for 11 months in seasoned French oak, Filius is a study in vibrant fruit and savoury restraint. Expect layers of blackcurrant, bay leaf, charcuterie, and nori, with a supple line of acid and graphite-like tannins that speak clearly of its Margaret River origins.
